How to find manual IP settings over LAN? Help required

My office has two modes of net access:

1. Obtain IP address and DNS automatically: Limited site access, Fortiguard restricted access. Can use only gmail. Nothing else works.

2. Manual IP setting: I was using 202.56.230.54/55 as DNS and a specific manual IP address+gateway.

Now the problem is that manual IP settings seems to change every month. I am not aware of current available IPs.

Is there any method to track available IP addresses over LAN. Please help as it results in unrestricted net access.
 
Well...As far I know only your network administrator can say this.

Or you can try "Get IP Address Automatically" and specify the DNS Server IP yourself.
