How to get my Netgear router RMAed ?

Hi Guys,

Facing a problematic issue with Netgear wireless router.
Tried resetting a few times. But, the damn internet led does not go from red to green.
Need your help in getting it RMAed as the router is under warranty.
What is the procedure to go about it?
I have'nt RMAed anything till date.

Rashi peripherals does not handle the services of Netgear in Bangalore.

There's a company called Intarvo near the sony world signal on koramangala inner ring road which handles it.

They just gave me a new piece in just 5 mins as replacement. Excellent service. Ph- 41312703
