How to get Photo ID and Address Proof without any documents

Recently I applied for Voter ID online. I filled the online form on ceoandhra.nic.in.
There were no instructions asking me to send ID or address proof documents. No ID card reference details like Passport or even aadhar card number were asked in the form.

After submission, I got a application id and it said that I can check status online. 3 weeks later I got SMS saying that my EPIC is generated and I can go to an e-seva center to get the card made for 10Rs. I went to the e-seva center near my home and they took the card number and printed out the card, put a holographic sticker and stamp to make it legitimate and gave it to me and happily collected the 10 Rs fee. They don't care whose card it is and who they are giving it to.

So technically speaking, they gave me a Photo ID card that has as much significance as the Passport or PAN card (considering that voter id can be used as identity and address proof document for all these) without even verifying who I am or where I am from. What this shows is how easily any outsider can get legitimate proof of identity and citizenship of India without a single document.

Is it any wonder that spies and terror elements can slip into the country and live here for years as legitimate citizens?

Yup! That's How illegal Bangladeshi migrant are living here more legitimately than any other native, they have all documents like Voter id, Driving License, Adhar Card, Ration Card etc. But no officials would try to stop this activity because they have turned into Crores no. of legitimate Voter, who would vote for BS Political parties supporting them to do all this.

Though you might feel no checking done Nemesis.But most probably indirectly verification is done.
Might be from the detail they cross checked with the aadhar detail of your area from where you stay whether a person with same name exists or not .Also with your mobile details they might be having the documents .
It might look odd but this might be possible since you belong to cyberabad state.

Regarding bangladeshi well once they land here first thing they do is get voter id card and ration card before getting any water connection.Thats more important for them rather than other necessity.Plus political parties are the one who does their job of cards and ration card as they become their permanent voters .

Illegal migrant, no issues as long as you vote for Party X. Terrorist, no problem, vote for Party Y.

I am from Karnataka. They checked all the docs. I still havent got any confirmation.months after applying for Voters ID.

@Lord Nemesis if you throw the money anything and everything is possible. So if u have the greenery in yr hand, just show it to them and everything can be done.
