Hi everyone,
The front panel of my antec cabinet (bought from Amazon) has gone bust. It's under warranty (2 years warranty just 4 months old) and I tried to reach them via official support email, but I am being circled from one place to another. Antec asked me to reach rptechindia for support and rptech informed me that cabinet support is not with rptech. Can someone guide me on the correct course of action? It's a small part and if it was available in marked I would just buy it but unfortunately, I am stuck with antec service. At least with other vendors, they at least open a ticket; even college undergraduates have better management in their startup than Antec.
