how to get Video link address hosted by a particular site.

I am a big fan of Full metal achemist brothehood so i found a site which has all the episodes.
But i dont want to stream the videos i want to download them.
so can anyone tell me how to get address of the video so that i can download it.
i mean the video address which has the extension of the video like flv,mp4etc.

as suggested provide the exact URL. as a general thumb rule i use Firefox+Flashgot FF extension+flashget to download any videos. open the url in firefox click on the video link & FG should automatically parse the link for you.

i only want to copy the url so that i can use that url o dowlnoad them with idm.

you people are telling the way to download video but ionly want to copy the url of the video.

1. Get the Video DownloadHelper add-on for Firefox.
2. Play the video you want to download.
3. The add-on will be able to fetch the video link and then you can select "Copy URL" option to copy the direct link of video to your clipboard.

4. You can download it now using your favourite download manager.
