Graphic Cards How to increase video memory size in G965 chipset?

Intel have a new BIOS released on 18th Jan.. R u using that one?? I have selected max size in the BIOS and its showing max video memory available as 242Mb now... but I remember sometime earlier with a previous BIOS/driver I had seen 256Mb in dxdiag. Even in dxdiag its now showing 242Mb
 
No i am still using the old BIOS version. Actually they i didn't update the BIOS as they release newer BIOS version almost every week. Also my UPS is not working.

Will update the BIOS once it becomes stable.

In dxdiag, it's showing 96 MB. Is it a problem with the BIOS or OS?

When i had installed XP, i think it was showing 256 MB but suddenly it is now showing only 96MB. My driver version is the latest i.e. 14.25.50
 
It worked finally.

I downloaded the latest G965 drivers and rebooted the system. After rebooting it still showed 96 MB video memory.

Yesterday, i checked it again and then it was showing 384 MB automatically (thanks to the 14.25.50 driver).

I also updated my BIOS. The BIOS now shows the temperatures.

Now i have another problem. My core temperatures are hovering near the 50 degree mark. I think it's because the CPU fan speed is only 1100 rpm.

So, how can i increase the speed of the fans?
