Its not possible. I think it will check for some kind of authorization code on the machine . So in short, it can't be done unless you download it on the same machine in iTunes and sync it with your iPhone/iTouchPat said:Err..He asked for a way to download it on some other machine, copy it over to itunes on his pc and install on his iPhone.
