Linux How to install Flash Player on Linux Mint 9 Isadora?

I can't play videos from youtube or any other source on any browser.
It always asks me to download the latest Flash 10.1 plugin. I downloaded the .deb file from the Adobe website but whwnever I try to run it, the Software Manager opens and says that "This application will conflict with the installed Flash player" and so I cant install it.

Can anyone guide me on how to get it installed?

I mentioned in the title of the post that I am using Linux Mint 9 Isadora x86.
I should have had metioned it in my post too.

But I will take a look at the link anyway.

Thats strange , I also have Mint 9 running on my system and flash is working fine . Have to tried running an update through mintUpdate , Thats how i got 10.1

Mint update is the one you should go after

Flash is working fine wid me too. Using mint supplied by chip dvd dis month.
