How to install ubantu inside widows 7.

I already have windows 7 installed (genuine for a change) n trying to install ubantu .But i want them to appear in the same boot menu (that means not in the grub but in win list i want ubantu).The CD of Ubantu (ver 9.04) comes wit a option to install inside win but that is not working with windows7

I am dual booting Ubuntu 9.10 with WIndows 7 installed using Wubi. It's running smoothly. What problem are you facing?

Insert Ubuntu CD/mount using demon tools, it will give u various options. Select "Install inside windows" U can select 3-4 or more GB space for it. Imo lowest is best.

either get Karmic or use Daemon as Rockfella suggests.

once installed you can use EASYBCD to edit WIN7 bootloader to include ubuntu linux entry.
