Linux How to install webmin on windows??

Hi there I have a custom Apache2.2 (mod_SSL, OpenSSL, mod_perl etc..)with PHP 5.1.1 and ActiveState Perl 5.8.7 and ActiveState Python, Server

Now I want to install webmin as it incidentally supports windows(but is in quite alpha stage).

Anyways any help guys on installing it on windows??

I'm also looking for this solutions. i already read tutorial for windows on http://www.webmin.com/download.html but it wont help for newbies like me. can anyone help me with this installation?
