How to jailbreak iPod touch 3GS 8GB iOS4.0

I have to jailbreak iPod touch 3GS 8GB MC updated to iOS 4.0. I googled procedures but could not find jailbreak of iPod 3GS / Unable to understand applications like "sn0wbreeze-V1.7"

"redsn0w 0.9.5 beta"

Some one please give step by step procedure.

A) There is no iPod Touch 3G'S'. There is iPod Touch 3G, the 3G standing for 3rd Generation.

^^ Have you tried that trick in the video? My iPod was originally on iOS 3.1.2 later upgraded to iOS 4.0 through iTunes.
