Delivery boy didnt deliver my food last night and now Zomato is non-responsive and giving bot answers to give me refund.
I have lodged a complaint on ingram and also want to do it on CPGRAMS.
However, I am lost which options to choose in CPGRAMS.
1. Can anyone with experience help me which ministry and options to choose for non-delivery grievance on CPGRAMS? (https://www.pgportal.gov.in/)
2. Also Zomato hasnt taken any notice of my complaint on twitter for past 12 hours. Can you tell me which accounts to tag and hashtags to use for greater visibility?
