How to make any TV do instant Skype session?

Hi.

So this is the situation. We have 2 big screen displays at home. A 32 inch(bedroom) and a 40 inch(drawing room). Both wall mounted. Both are just normal Samsung panels. Not smart TV's. Not connected to anything.
The bedroom one is like a PC monitor. Connected to PC, Laptop dock, couple of consoles etc. But I dont want any of those to be turned on for this. Hope the reader gets that.

I want just to add a webcam, good webcam suggestions please, and a internet connection. for both the TV's.

Usage will be by my parents. It should be idiot proof. The thing should log in automatically. Only me and my brothers will be there in the contact list.

Ideas please.

You will need a android media player which supports web cam.Lots of cheap players from china support camera.

I am also in a similar situation wanting an idiot proof very simple device for my Mom to use. This is a very TV cam which can sit between your STB and TV. A call come in even while your re watching TV, it will switch on the TV if its off (provided that feature is supported by the TV) and costs only $100. But the catch is you have to gave someone n US/Canada as they do not ship it anywhere else. I will be getting these sometime in future...
