How to monitor Internet bandwidth usage?

All these apps. listed, do they monitor the traffic on the computer installed, or they monitor the transactions on the wifi to which it the installed computer hooks in to.

Right click on it,options and change your "NETWORK INTERPHASE TO MONITOR" option to your wi-fi card.
