How to operate 2 tv using one set top box

got the setup made from a local electronic store with normal cable wire all for 50 bucks!

Hi,
If I want to get the same instrument made from an electrician what should I tell him, what would be the terminology for this equipment in Hindi, explaining these technicalities is confusing for me.
