Android How to prevent some apps from using WiFi network

Hi.

I want to know how to prevent some apps from using WiFi network.

I want some apps should not able to access wifi even if wifi is on. MIUI has that feature. What other mobiles allow to do that?

I'm not sure if this is specific to LineageOS, but I'm running LineageOS 16 based on Android 9, and I have the option to do this:

Go to settings>network & internet>mobile network>app data usage>click the specific app you want to restrict. Now you should see toggles for controlling the app's access to wifi, mobile data, etc.

The version on XDA labs is much more powerful than the Play Store version due to Google imposed restrictions.
