How to remove excel password

Hi
i want to remove a password from an excel file, also i want to access the VBA scripting in it.
Currenlty it asks for a VBA project password when i open the excel file.
Guys please suggest some way so that i can access the file ..

when u press ALT +F11 in excel.. u will not be able to see the vba script

it had worked for me atleast, what version of excel?
