How to remove startup command

I am using SSD which was earlier being used by brother for mining, When I start the system Windows boots up and it starts to run mining software hiding all the background activity. Can anyone help to remove command which is installed by my bro's friend and brother has no tech idea. I located folder in c drive and deleted it but still is occurring.

go to services.msc
find the process name..
stop and set to disabled.
then try to delete the process from installation folder

Why are you using the same windows install which was being used for mining software? Clean install windows on that drive, period.
Hardly takes 10 minutes.

Type Msconfig at Run , Click Hide all Microsoft Services , Uncheck The Services That is starting Up , Restart Your PC and You are Good To go .

Deleting the Process manually Should not be a Good Idea , as that might give BSOD if the services in question Has Dependency associated with core services of the OS

You can try the software "AutoRuns" to disable them from starting.

The best would be to clean install Windows.
