How to remove windows xp from dual boot.

I have windows 7 in one partition an xp in another. I dont use xp much these days therefore is it possible to remove only windows xp from that partition without deleting any other files which are present in that partition.

If you want to leave Windows 7 as the only OS, first set the hard disk which contains Windows 7 as the primary in BIOS.
After that run the command Bootrec /fixmbr.

Format the drive that contains win xp, remove the boot entry using 3rd party tool like EasyBCD

i would only say that windows XP is the best version being used in a any of its previous or new versions
