How to replace a Type A or Type B USB ports with Type C?

How to replace a Type A or Type B male or female ports USB ports with Type C male or female?
I am interested in a guide to replace connectors by soldering on a type c one.
 
I have seen this but this doesnt take care of the receptacle.
I need to do this for a phone so receptacle is more important.
Lets first do the power. I will worry about the data next.
