how to reset nikon coolpix 5200

Hi,
I have a Nikon Coolpix 5200 which is stuck on on screen (looks like a software issue). I cannot go into the Reset Menu. Is there any way I can reset it - maybe pressing 2 or 3 buttons together for some time.

Even the firmaware is not available on th Nikon website.

thnx for the reply but where is the small battery located. the one battery I know is the rechargeable lithium-ion battery the cam uses.

a pic wud be realy helpful
 
from the manual:

The Clock Battery

When the main battery is installed or the camera is powered by an EH-62A AC adapter

(optional), the clock battery will charge in about ten hours. When fully charged, the

clock battery can provide several days of back-up power.

check under the card n battery covers? though from here, it appears to b a rechargeable one rather than a coin one.....dunno then...try removin normal batt n replace?
 
nope..nothing else....if still doesnt work, only option si the nearest nikon service center, let them open it up and do a proper flash/reset. they ll charge u but thats the last n guaranteed way ;)
