CPU/Mobo How to RMA my mobo

My mobo just died out (as while I was updating my Bios, the UPS suddenly cut the power off).

My mobo is MSI K8N Neo Platinum (MS - 7030)
Now I have got two options : either to HOT FLash (way too risky for me and moreover not possible) OR to get mobo RMA (I select this as my mobo is still in warranty period)

will anybody please tell me how exactly the RMA works and for RMAing my MSI mobo what exactly I need to do.??

Just give it back to your vendor and say that no power is going to the mobo or think of some other excuse.
