From past couple of days my C drive windows update was giving multiple errors in downloading them. So after working nonstop for hours with Microsoft support & after reformatting the C Drive and installing windows it finally worked. Now I wanna know is there any way I can save my C drive image somewhere so that if my windows C drive gets corrupt or nonfunctional or damaged I can save that image like its now completely clean working. Also while saving should I disable the Avast Antivirus completely or keep it enabled let me know Guys. Techies guidance please and also let me know how to save and YouTube video for that?

Have you tried the create Recovery disk option from Control Panel

1. Select the Create a system image or
2. Select the Create a system repair disc

You cannot restore it on a plain blank hdd.
