FRIENDS wanted to know how to make a stable dram configuration for a cpu overclocked ????

:D

Typically you increase the frequency (multiplier) in small increments & do a memory test followed by prime large fft test. if everything's fine then you concentrate on tightening the timings under advanced DRAM configuration. But if you are not stable, increase the voltage a bit & repeat the steps before.

OK will try it :)

but one more question have is if a oc'ed system is unstable then how to known what lacking ???

is it cpu part, or ram or something else ???

you first OC the cpu and tune to make sure its 100% stable at the default RAM speeds, then you OC the RAM & tune it to find out its max stable speeds. You may have to back off the OC on the CPU by a smidge tho to get the RAM working at max speeds. with your set up i would think the max you can go for 24/7 stable is 4ghz on the CPU & 1866 mhz on the RAM with cl9 timings or else if you get lucky then may be even cl7.

i got the cl7 set up but what frequency shall i keep it at ?????

right now i am at 1586 mhz something , any best can i get it ???
