So I had previously enabled transcoding (vaapi) for my optiplex server, but I suppose at some time, my inverter ran out of battery and the server shut itself.
Ever since then transcoding is not working and the previous commands used to enable vaapi and the drivers do not seem to work.
Is there a guide or experience on setting up vaapi drivers to re-enable my server for transcoding?
