How to share net between PC & PS3

i'm in a bit of a prob and till now havent been able to find the sol.
the prob is as follows:
I connect to the internet using BSNL 3G.connection is made by connecting my HTC TyTN II with pc thru USB.now wat i wud like to do is i wud like to share this net connection between the PC & PS3.
I've tried using ICS (both in Vista & Windows 7 but everytime i get a DNS error from the PS3.2day i';ve bot Netgear WGR614 v7 wireless router from my vendor for testing.

is there any way i cud use this router for sharing the net wirelessly?

^^^ hav already installed it and tried using it long time back but neither the PS3 nor the PSP wud detect the WiFi access point.even if i keep the fone on top of thePS3 still the AP is not being detected.wired or wireless connectivity doesnt mean anything to me.
i just sud be able to share the net anyway possible.
