How to ship mobiles / High value items??

how are ebay sellers able to ship high value items for Rs. 100 or so? thru BlueDart... sometimes free shipping as well...

They have business account and send many packages everyday.

I have sent my Asus g73 laptop through Dtdc only I don't get it why they are not accepting mobile which is only 10k compare to my laptop which was 90k
