How to start in automatically in an account on windows 7???

Hey,

I have only 1 account on Windows 7, But still it shows the menu for user selection...
I want it to start automatically in that account...
How can that be done???
I know its a noob question...

Also if there are 2-3 accounts [Without Passwords]
Is there a way to make an account automatic login to one of it???
