CPU/Mobo How to test RAM in win XP with USB Drive

I want to test my RAM in Win XP SP3

I am having 2x2GB Transcend 667 RAM

I went to the site of memtest 86 but it says that i have to burn a Bootable CD disk to run the program.

Is this the only method or i Can do it with some other program without burning a disk with a usb drive ?
