How to Track a Sim Card and access its users information legally???

Hey,
I wanted to ask how to find the information about a cell no.
ie. Getting the name and address , etc. filled by the buyer on the forms.
Area, Last activity, History, etc. etc.
I don't think its impossible.

But atleast some of this info can be found out through Legal means, right???

Legally, unless the person whose information you want is required gets involved in some kinda legal hassle wherein his personal records are warranted, you cannot get anyone's information. Illegally, it takes I think 500 bucks per account.
 
^^ He means if u have an "in" inside the respective sim provider u can get them to give u the details of almost anyone for 500rs. But its highly unethical and if something were to happen to the guy/girl whose details u've just acquired u might be in a bit of a tush as the police/company can easily see who accessed the concerned persons details recently.
 
I have contacts who are working in Call Center 2-3major telecom companies. so whenever I need some information about some number, I just give a call and they msg the complete details of the number like Subscriber's name,address,DOB etc.

I know this is scary how easily one can get this information which is supposed to be private. but that's how it is:P
 
In case of harassment or blank calls, you can file a complaint with the cyber crime division of police.

they can take the necessary action.

it us unethical and illegal for civilians like us to obtain and use this data for any purpose
 
What are you up to mate? No offense, but unless the SIM owner is harassing you in some way, what you are asking for qualifies for stalking. And, in case the person concerned is troubling you, then approach the police, rather than trying to locate shortcuts.
