I used to use a software called iDump to transfer songs from ipod to PC. Give it a try.

I think media monkey can do it; I'm not very much sure though! give it a try, media monkey is a media player & has a library feature. you may like it as a music player too.

ifunbox

and its free too.

+1 for iFunbox. But havent tried it though, cos, I use only my machine to copy stuffs into my iPod and none of my frnds own a iPod. So, there is no point in using a software to get stuffs from my iPod.

I software called iRip can do the same thing.
It is an open source and freeware application.

Have never used it though.
