How to UNSPAM in Rediff... Urgently Req..

Hey Guys..

By mistake i marked a particular post as spam, rendering the sender's id enlisted in my account (@ Rediff.com) as a spam sender.

End result is that i am not getting the mails from the sender anymore and i really cudnt find any way to UNSPAM the id.

I went to the settings section and tried to look for the list of the blocked senders. the id i was looking for wasnt there in the list and as my attempt to do something to revert back the action i especially keyed in the id and clicked on the unblock id button.

but to no avail.

I am really clueless regarding as to how to go abt it..

tinkered around with the options as much as i can and i am desperate to get the id's status set back to what it was.

Pls do help me out on this as it has been few days since this happened and i am loosing out on important e mails.

send him a mail and save the address in the add book.

Go to the junk mail folder - his mails should be there.

The mails from the id which is labelled as spam are NOT allowed in.. not even in the junk folder itself.

So no chance that the mails are in the junk folder, else i wdnt have had the need to ask for help on this here.

the id is in the addressbook ..

Thing is that the account of mine which i am talking abt had been added up in a group for mailing .. and wen the mails were routed via that group, its there that the problem is occuring.
