How to upgrade PSP firmware

Hi folks,

I am using Phat PSP with modded firmware, 3.71-m-33. I want to upgrade it to 5.00 as iam unable to play lots of new games.

Please provide me tutorials about how to upgrade the bios.

Yeah mate, I used this guide to upgrade from 3.80 M33 to 5.00 M33.
