there will be name of courier company on the label or in the mail.
If this is Amazon India the courier guy will contact you else you can contact Amazon Customer care.

It's an international return to Amazon US and there is no courier name. The initial package from Amazon to me was shipped by Aramex.

Are you shipping it at your own cost, or are they picking it up?

If u pester them enough, they might pay for the shipping as well.

If u do have to ship it at your own cost use Worldnet Express. Indiapost tie up with DHL.

Along with the return label there is clearly written instruction on how to use the label.
In case you are shipping and they are paying just stick the label to the box, ship through WOrldnet express as stated by @prateekS and scan and mail them the receipt.
