Pls tell how to use this application as after installation and connecting the phone, it is showing that the phone is offline.

You can use IP web cam.

Its easy to use app.
You can stream video inside WiFi network without internet access.

Just install app on phone & u can connect it with any IM be its skype, oovoo, facebook, hangout video chat.
