hey guys i need to install windows 7 from my PD can anyone tell me step by step process gor it .. i m not able get the windiws source file address write. plz help me guys . plus the the iso image i have is not extracting due to some error ,does this mean the file is corrupted ???

ok i have made the bootable flash drive but when i am inside the windows setup. the setup gives out a msg that "some cd\dvd drive device drivers are missing please insert the cd containg them" can anyone explain which drivers is it talkin about ???
