Can i do better than this in DELHI for 700 a month?? :S

Right now i have a MTNL triband Rs199 + 50 bucks a month modem rental (total Rs249) @256 kbps and 400 mb data transfer limit.

The switch will cost 2000 bucks (installation charges)

Airtel have such a plan? 3000 bucks worth speed on demand?!! :O

triband's 256k unlimited is for 950 bucks (+ modem rental)
they do have a 750 bucks plan with night unlimited
@RAH
3000 bucks work of speed on demand free for 3 months
 
The only plan I see on their site is the 899 one for 256kbps UL.. I dont see this 649 plan.. and frankly, I dont see the difference between the two, considering what u are telling is true..

why would i lie for something like this??

That's the plan i was offered on their central helpline no. and then smsed to me by their local dealer.

Edit: when i checked the sms again, it says offer valid only till 31 oct. maybe it's a ltd period thing

When did I say u were lying abt it? "considering what u said to be true" is a normal expression in case u were duped or something.. chill man..

Anyway, available only in delhi.. that's why I couldn't see it.. I live in Bangalore..
 
Er , MTNL has already revised tariffs long ago

256 kbps UL is 649 or 600 AFAIK

512 kbps UL is 999

they are too lazy to update their site , phone them and enquire .

256kbps Unlimited IS for 600. That's the one i'll go for.

How's MTNL on FUP? Though, at 256kbs, i don't think that comes into the picture.
