My father just now suddenly in the middle of my Exams purchased :S Samsung Series5 40'' LCD TV. I'd told him to wait till jan for good christmas/new year deals but still he got it.

I need to know if there are any better offers. And how good this LCD actually is. Basically. which 40'' LCD would you've bought and why. :hap2:

Well he's payed and placed an order now I'll try to get a 42'' model but which one??

I'm thinking of Panasonic VIERA TH-P42S10D or VIERA TH-P42G10D. Can somebody give me exact pricing of Mumbai. I think TH-P42G10D is aroung 59-60K and TH-P42S10D is around 54-55K.

I've no about 42'' LCD so need help here.

About half an hour to close so left I'll have to call and confirm with the shop Kings Electronics.

help need suggestions.

Ok, I've finalized my decision I'll try changing the samsung40'' to VIERA TH-P42G10D. I found this discussion extremely helpful.
