I bought a Hp cartridge from ebay about 7 months back now the cartridge is troubling me.I have got it checked its definately a hardware problem so the cartridge needs to be replaced Now the problem is that I have lost the bill and Hp service center guys say they can do nothing without the bill as they have to send the scanned copy of it.Now I want to know what should I do to claim the warranty.The seller I bought from is also not cooperating I have asked many times to send me the softcopy of the bill but he just doesn't respond.Guys suggest me what to do.
