Hi Friends,

I have recently bought a new HP nx 6320 laptop, it has some strange ways, as soon as I switch on or off a switch, the laptop goes instantly off. I am unable to understand what the cause is????? Any advice will be helpful.

Hi friends,

I recently bought a HP Compax nx 6320 laptop, it instantly goes off when I on or off any swtich in my room, I have fixed a UPS and the problem still persists. Any advice will be welcome on this. I have heavy voltage fluctuation in my area, where I live.

Kindly be kind to post be a reply/advice in this regard.

I have mt battery plugged in right, 3 laptops bought at the same time, two of them have got their battery charger cords spoiled, wonder what the problem is with HP nx 6320 laptops.
 
are u sure it does not go into hibernate or sleep mode...what os are u using??go into system logs and check last shutdown time
