Selling this on behalf of a friend.

Laptop was bought in August 2010 (under warranty till August 2011) and used very sparingly.

3.5 hrs

Yes. Though 1080p will be downscaled to 768p (since screen resolution maxes out at 1366x768), unless you use an external 1080p display via HDMI-out.
