Laptop in perfect functional condition.
Physical - cosmetic signs of usage, rubber bottom has come off from a few places.
Rating : 7/10.

It can be operated via touch as well. No working issues.

Only laptop and charger. Might have a pen for it though, but can't be sure.

UPDATE :

the touchscreen and the touchpad is behaving erratically - doesn't work sometimes, while works other times..
have reinstalled the drivers and it is working right now, but it might recur.
many similar queries regarding this (HP Envy x360 touch screen / track pad issue) can be seen online so it appears to be a common issue.

in view of the same, and to avoid any future misunderstanding or issues, revised price for the same is ₹ 25,000/- shipped.

also including a mouse - external mouse works even when the trackpad doesn't.

can also include a laptop stand for the asking price!

Updated the BIOS earlier today and the touchpad and the touch screen both seem to be functional impeccably.

I am not sure whether the issue would recur - however, keeping the price as 25k shipped for the device including a portronics mouse.

priced for a quick sale!
