HP Sold Faulty Laptops, Claims China

seems like we Indians aren't the only ones getting a raw deal when it comes to HP laptops.

Atleast the chinese consumer protection codes have ensured the person in question gets a new laptop. hopefully Indian laws become tough enough.

Btw we should record the proceedings at service centers when we take our faulty goods and upload the videos on youtube - atleast that'll get results quickly.

i have same problem at hp Compaq Presario f700 due to Nvidia chipest is overheating and some board problem

so i am not good mood

that why i have to collect the motherboard for replacement it take pathetic time

I also have dead HP laptop lying around...it's on-board GPU gone kaput...bought from US...so the parts are not available in India...just used it for 1 year... (

The laptop is just lying around, had used it only for 1.5yrs.

if we try that at the service centers here - they will be happy and bring out more of the stored laptops and give to destroy :lol: whats worst , once done , ask the security guards to throw us out and then file a case for damage of property :rofl:
