HP LED having some problem.

Guys my 1 year old HP LED is giving me some problems. It is showing some scan lines on 1/3rd left side.
Where do I take it in Nehru Place? There are 3-4 Service Centers for HP there. Which one is good?
Or can I call them so they can pick it from my place? The problem is my monitor isn't listed on Indian site so I can't mail or chat with them.
Any suggestions
 
Is it in warranty? Then they will come to your place to replace it else you will need to take the monitor to the service center and pay whatever they ask.

Yes its in warranty for 2 more years.
Are you sure they will replace it?
And pls could you provide me with their contact no. for Pavilion Monitors? Or should I choose Pavilion Desktops.
My model is 23fi and not shown on their website now.[DOUBLEPOST=1395572675][/DOUBLEPOST]Their website is pathetic.
Tried submitting a ticket and look, I can't even see my product so I choose another monitor but where does it take me? To a Printer support page. So I had to use that for submitting the ticket. Useless site

Thanks. It's the one. But if I choose Support in the link that you gave it is taking me to that previous sh***y link where I don't see my monitor and so can't chat or mail them properly.
Anyways, chose another monitor and wrote my model no. in the message. Hope they help. Also called their no. but as it's Sunday, they can't help. Would try to call them tomorrow if I come home early from interviews.
 
Okay, so the Tech support guy called me today and asked me to perform some tests.
I first swapped my DVI cable's ends and the problem faded to some extent but not entirely.
Went to bios and the monitor seemed fine in bios.
Connected the HDMI cable but no display.
So the tech guy said that it's most probably a problem with the mobo and not the monitor.
Any body else experience this problem where there monitor shows big pixels(the affected are shows 4 times bigger pixels than the non-affected area) and slight color distortion? What was the problem? My monitor is LED IPS if it helps.
