HP mini 110-3608TU OR 3611TU

Friend wants netbook .Difference between both is 3608TU has 1GB RAM and 250gb HDD. 3611 has 2gb ram and 320gb HDD.price difference is abt 2k.
So what to get.Will extra 1 gb ram make difference?

is Ram the only difference ? if yes, then go for one with 1GB ram and you can install extra 1 GB ram at < 2k price..
