I have an HP Pavilion laptop. Sadly, when I use Windows 10 ( recently installed Insider Preview version ), it does not shutdown properly. The process goes fine, everything goes dark as well. But there power light is still ON. Also, it remains so until it drains the whole battery.
I used CMD and tried shutdown as command. The same happens there as well.
There were some threads on this which says it's a BIOS issue. I am not sure how to deal with this. Any help ?
