Condition: The left hinge is loose & out of sync but the Laptop is functioning absolutely fine. There is a tiny negligible dot at the left of the screen. Kindly check pictures for more clarity about the hinge & patch thing. A video link is also shared. Battery backup is around 50 mins. The outer body can be changed if you know the desired fixing place.
