PC Peripherals HP printer(all in one) Warranty query

Hi guys, I had recently bought a HP 2050 All-in-One about 2 weeks back and it got kaput today. So my query is that does HP provide on-site warranty for Printers or not?
Please reply asap and it will be very helpful to me.

yes, HP provides onsite warranty if you have bill and all details.
call their toll free customer support number.
Make sure you have authentic HP inkjet cartridges inside and no other things limiting warranty.

I am in same situation. Once they replaced with a new printer. Now, even new printer is giving problems. I am in a fix.

Yes i did call and got to know that they are indeed providing onsite warranty and the technical person came to my home today itself after about 1 and half hour of making the call which was ultra quick, and later came to know that Redington India is the company which has service support for Hp product's in India, the same company which handle's service for Microsoft Xbox 360.

The guy came and tried some troubleshooting but nothing worked and than later he told me that the printer will be replaced within 2 working days. which is great news.
