@kewlboy9 what happened to the awesome pictures you usually post? These hubs are limited to 65w power delivery, right? Did you try it on anything that consumes more power? Asking for my Mini PC which consumes upto 90w.

I’ve tried them on MacBooks which have 96W or 140W adapters, and it slow charges them (at 65W). Your use case is different, and my assumption is that the mini PC will work with the hub as long as the power consumption does not cross what the hub can provide.

which MacBook did you tired it with? also if using with mini pc/Mac mini, should it be used with default power cord for those system or charging should be done via usb c charging.

This hub is targetted towards notebooks such as the MacBook which don't have a lot of ports. For example, the MacBook Air only has 2 ports. If the mini PC or the Mac Mini come with their own chargers/cables, I don't see the need to charge it via this hub considering they would have plenty of ports themselves.

Get this if you're short on ports and you need to charge + use the other ports on the hub.

If you are using it with the Mac Mini, use it with the origin cable. Not via USB. Mac Mini M4 uses a max power of 65w, but it is always better to err on the side of caution especially if you are connecting peripherals.

Technically though, this alone should work for lighter workloads, and if you, like me, are willing to experiment, 2k shouldn't be too much of a hit to take.
