Regarding the reviews, I just don't get why some criticise the HVGA resolution, considering that all the older i-phones shipped with that resolution,that too in a larger screen. :huh

In fact, before iphone 4, I recollect only a handful of instances where resolution (ppi) was ever mentioned/commented upon, in reviews. )
Basically you are getting near or better than Nokia N900 specs (like 600 Mhz A8, 384 MB RAM) in some aspects + reasonably good battery life . Sounds good to me !!
